High board line bottom printing machine with fixed groups and units order change during the machine production.

  • Main axis servo driven trough Bosch Rexrtoh drives with reduced backlash gearboxes
  • Lead edge feeder with wheels and suction
  • Board dust cleaning with antistatic bar
  • Board transport with timing belts and central suction
  • Inking system to be choosen among: – doctor roll + anilox roll – doctor roll + ceramic anilox + chamber doctor blade – Dual ceramic anilox + dual chamber doctor blade with separated inking and washing circuit
  • Machine ready for the insertion (even in a second time) of dryer units IR /UV /Hot air
  • Suction transfer to carry the board toward a flat bed die cutter
  • Board stacker
