Privacy Policy

The privacy policy describes the rules for processing information about you, including personal data and cookies, i.e. cookies.

1. General information

  1. This policy applies to the Website, operating under the address url: www.topgm.pl

  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data in relation to data provided voluntarily on the Website.
  5. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    1. Running a newsletter
    2. Handling of queries through the form
    3. Implementation of ordered services
    4. Presentation of the offer or information
  6. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
    1. Through data entered voluntarily in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By saving cookies in the end devices (so-called “cookies”).

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hash function works unidirectionally – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is now a modern standard for storing user passwords.
  2. The operator periodically changes his administrative passwords.
  3. In order to protect data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.
  4. An important element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

3. Your rights and additional information on how to use the data

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients:
    1. hosting company on the principle of entrusting
    2. authorized employees and associates who use data to achieve the purpose of the site
    3. companies that provide marketing services to the Administrator
  2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator for no longer than it is necessary to perform related activities specified in separate regulations (eg on keeping accounts). With regard to marketing data, data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    1. access to personal information about you,
    2. correcting them,
    3. remove,
    4. processing restrictions,
    5. and data transfer.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, however, the right of objection can not be exercised if there are valid legally valid grounds for processing, rights and freedoms that override you, in particular establishing, investigating or defending claims.
  5. The Administrator’s actions are subject to a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to service the Website.
  7. In relation to you, actions can be taken consisting of automated decision making, including profiling to provide services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred from third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

4. Information in forms

  1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
  2. The website can save information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. The website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the user’s e-mail address filling out the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
  4. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process the service request or trade contact, registration services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.

5. Important marketing techniques

  1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Website in relation to users, e.g. that may send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that he has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.

6. Comments

  1. When the Website User leaves a comment, we collect the data visible in the commenting form, as well as the User’s IP address and signature of his browser as an aid in the detection of spam.
  2. An anonymized string created based on your email address (the so-called hash) can be sent to Gravatar to check if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After the comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.
  3. If you leave a comment, its content and metadata will be kept indefinitely. Thanks to this, we are able to recognize and approve subsequent comments automatically, without sending them to every moderation.

  1. Articles on the Website may contain embedded content (e.g., movies, pictures, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in a similar way as if the User visited a specific website directly.
  2. Sites can collect information about you, use cookies, attach additional external tracking systems, and monitor your interactions with embedded material, including tracking your interactions with embedded material if you have an account and are logged in to that site.
